General Rules
Any robot 365 and accessories that are legally purchased or gifted in business activities, and have performance failures within the scope of the national three guarantees law, can be guaranteed.
Robot 365 after-sales service commitment
7 days to return the machine, 15 days to replace the machine, 1 year warranty, nationwide warranty.

Return Service
Within 7 days (inclusive, the same below) from the date of purchase (subject to the date of the official sales invoice and the date when the warranty card is filled in), if the product has non-human performance failures listed in the Three Guarantees (see below “ Three Guarantees Performance Failure Table”, the same below), after our after-sales inspection confirms that the product has a performance failure that meets the Three Guarantees regulations, you can choose to repair, replace a complete set of new machines of the same type and specifications or return it. If you choose to return the goods, please bring the complete set (host and all its accessories, including original packaging) to the place of the seller, and refund the payment in one lump sum according to the purchase price (subject to the market retail price announced by our company, the same below). The seller is responsible for refund matters.
Exchange Service
Within 15 days from the date of purchase, if the product has a performance failure that meets the requirements of the Three Guarantees, after our after-sales inspection confirms that the product has a performance failure that meets the requirements of the Three Guarantees, you can choose to repair or replace it with the same model and specification for free A complete set of new machines can be replaced at the seller or the repair center.
Note: After replacement, the validity period of the three packs will be recalculated from the date of replacement. The seller will affix a seal on the back of the invoice, indicate the date of replacement, and provide a new three-guarantee certificate.
Maintenance Service
(1) If the product has a performance failure listed in the "Product Performance Failure Table" within one year of product purchase, consumers can return the product to the repair center for free repair.
(2) After the product is paid for maintenance, our company provides a 90-day warranty for the replaced parts, and the unreplaced parts do not enjoy the warranty.
Paid maintenance
In the following situations, reasonable material and maintenance fees need to be charged
- (1) The validity period of the three packs has expired;
- (2) There is no three guarantee certificate and valid invoice (except those that can be proved to be within the validity period of the three guarantees);
- (3) The content on the three packs voucher is inconsistent with the physical product identification or altered;
- (4) Damage caused by failure to use, repair and maintain in accordance with the requirements of the product manual;
- (5) Damage caused by private disassembly, private repair, repair or modification not authorized by Robot 365 Company;
- (6) Liquid, damp or moldy;
- (7) In addition to the main components listed in the National Three Guarantees Law, the auxiliary parts and other parts of the equipment are malfunctioning;
- (8) Damage caused by force majeure;
Shipping instructions
For return service and exchange service, our company bears two-way logistics costs. For maintenance services, Robot 365 bears one-way logistics costs.
Warm reminder
During the validity period of the three guarantees, consumers can enjoy the right to return, exchange and repair in accordance with these regulations. Return, exchange and repairs should be processed with the purchase invoice and three guarantees certificate. If the purchase invoice and three guarantees cannot be provided The voucher can be based on the system query activation date as the purchase date, or it can be calculated by referring to the factory date displayed by the host SN number, or 90 days after the factory date as the starting date of the warranty period for free maintenance. For purchases via e-commerce channels such as the official website, Tmall, and JD.com, the date of the electronic invoice or a screenshot of the payment voucher can be provided as the date of purchase.
- (1) Robots need to update the software in time to maintain the best performance. Robot 365 promises that users can use the self-service update service, which will not affect the rights stipulated in the original Three Guarantees.
- (2) In order to ensure that your product is not damaged in logistics during repair, it is recommended that you use the original packaging box to mail your product to the manufacturer. Thank you for your support and cooperation.
