BG-ROBOTC3 is the arm controller newly developed by Robot 365, which can control the motion, point position and trajectory of the robot arm with high-precision control and repetitive positioning accuracy of ± 0.05MM. It can meet the needs of various application scenarios, build different types of robots, and control basic laboratory equipment such as intelligent incubator, centrifuge, liquid dispenser, microscope, liquid nitrogen tank, etc., so as to truly provide a one-stop solution for the intelligent laboratory.

End controller

BG-ROBOTC6 end controller can accurately control the clamping force of end clamps and fixtures. Each fixture can be started independently. Users can select the most suitable fixture to complete the experiment according to the capacity of the fixture controller and different laboratory utensils and equipment. The pressure output stability of such fixture controller is ± 0.5 MPa (± 25 psi) to avoid any load fluctuation during the test. Similarly, the closing speed of the clamp can also be adjusted.

BG-ROBOTC5 liquid processing controller is a professional controller product in the field of life science robots that can control the speed and flow of liquid. The accuracy is 1%, the repeatability is 1% and the control response time is less than 200 milliseconds to ensure the normal operation of process liquid. It is suitable for a variety of automatic liquid adding methods, such as electric pipette, syringe pump and peristaltic pump. It can add liquid through three liquid adding methods: low flux, medium flux and high flux.
